We have seen many pet owners using pet wipes from the famous $2 shop or even at other mega chain stores selling them at about $10. Whatever the prices are, these products SHOULD BE BANNED as they cause more harm than good.
The ingredients of a pet wipes are usually a petrochemical solvent and a cloth. Most often they use Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) and/or Ethanol. Yes, both ingredients can kill some bacteria and is therefore cleverly marketed as "anti-bacterial". But... They also wreak havoc on the hair and the skin of the pets the same way they kill the cells of the micro-organisms
We have advised many pet owners to stay away from pet wipes and wet wipes. And the results when they come back for their subsequent grooming have clearly demonstrated improvements in the skin condition and hair texture.
We refuse to sell wet wipes/pet wipes.
