Love it when customers take a minute to tell us how happy they are with the grooming 😄

There are nothing as satisfying as hearing the pawrents exclaiming with happiness how cute their dogs are after grooming!! When the dogs look good and are clean, pawrents naturally pay attention to them more which the dogs love. Win win results 😊 Baby the white poodle had teary eyes and redness underneath the eyes when she first come for grooming in July. Mommy has been using Silky shampoo regularly and when she came for grooming yesterday, the area was dry and no redness! One tip that helps with teary eyes is to clean the eyes with dry tissue, not wet tissue! Wet tissue irritates the eyes further as there many chemical inside. Silky shampoo works as it has no harsh chemicals to irritate the eyes. The harsh chemicals in other shampoos irritate eyes and cause tearing. This in turn cause redness and feed yeast in the hair which turns brown in some cases. Google sodium laureth sulfate, paraben etc to see how irritating these common chemicals are. This schnauzer had the common red hotspots caused by harsh chemicals in previous shampoo. We introduced Silky to the owner on National Day (9th Aug). 4 weeks later, the schnauzer came back for grooming and the hotspots were all gone! |
