4. Visit our shop and we will matchmake a puppy with you depending on your requirements and lifestyle. We have 20 years of experience as dog owners and 10 years of experience as dog groomers and 7years as a puppies seller. We have seen thousands of dogs with all sort of breeds and characteristics. We are confident we can match you with the correct puppy and then guide you on the after sales.
We select our puppies carefully based on health and temperament. They are well socialised since young by ethical breeders. They are happy, loving puppies waiting for a new family!
5. Most likely, you can bring home the puppy on the same day you visit us. Or you can put a deposit and bring home the puppy a few days later. Payment method is cash, Paynow, Bank Transfer, NETS, or credit card (extra 4%). 6. Buy the essential items or accessories for the puppy. The items can be found here.
7. Before bringing home the puppy, we will go through with you Puppy Care Tutorial (videos and materials provided) where we will teach basic information such as diet, grooming requirements, how to toilet train, what to look out for in the first week, obedience training etc. Not to worry if you are first time owner, you will be thoroughly briefed! We are also contactable through whatsapp/call anytime afterwards.
8. We will register the dog license with NParks before you bring the dog home. It is done online at https://pals.avs.gov.sg where we will transfer the dog ownership to you. The cost of the license is only $13.5 a year for puppies below 5 months old. For older dogs, there is a lifetime license fee of $35 for sterilised dogs or $81 per year for unsterilised dogs.
9. Drive the puppy home or book a GrabPet! To book GrabPet, select Car in the Grab app home screen, input addresses and scroll down to select GrabPet under Value Added.
10. Settle puppy at home and whatsapp/call us for any questions you have no matter how big or small! We have kept in touch with owners who bought from us many years before :)
